Terrible

Location

We were not allowed to check-in early despite agreeing to pay extra charges. We were informed that there was a departure and the place needed to be cleaned. However, when we eventually were allowed to check-in, we found out that the property was not clean with dust on the floors and kitchen top. On our third day, renovation works started in the entire building with painting, drilling, mechanical and electrical works going on. It caused grave inconvenience especially from the dust and smell of the paint which caused my family to get ill until now. Upon complaining to the property manager, we were shocked to be informed that the property manager didn't know about the renovation works despite notice dated 26/5/2025 was posted around the property. We could have been informed prior to our arrival and an alternative accommodation could have been sourced. This is totally unacceptable.
