Malzeme açısından her şey düşünülmüştü. Odalar ve balkon ferah ve kullanışlıydı.

Banyoda ve dolap içlerinde temizlik açısından biraz eksik vardı. Kapı ziliyle ilgili acil bir yardıma ihtiyacımız oldu ve hemen döneceklerini söyleyip dönmediler maalesef.

Στα θετικά του καταλύματος η τοποθεσία του που βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική αγορά και στο λιμάνι της Μυτιλήνης και δε χρειάζεται να πάρεις το αυτοκίνητο..Στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας υπάρχει φούρνος και καφετέρια .Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και άνετο μπαλκόνι.

Το ταβάνι του μπάνιου λόγω υγρασίας είχε ξεφλουδίσει,στα δωμάτια υπάρχει ξύλινο πάτωμα που έχει σπάσει λόγω παλαιότητας και από επάνω είχε καλυφθεί τεχνηέντως με ένα πατάκι για να μη φαίνεται..αν πατούσες πάνω το πόδι σου έμπαινε μεσα...Θα μπορούσε να έχει ένα μπουκάλι εμφιαλωμένο νερό, καφέ και ζάχαρη σα πρώτη υποδοχή μέχρι ο επισκέπτης να πάει να κάνει τα ψώνια του όπως έχω συναντήσει σε άλλα τύπου air bnb καταλύματα...Η είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας σε άσχημη κατάσταση προϊδεάζει αρνητικά σα πρώτη εικόνα και φαίνεται ξεκάθαρα ότι έχει χρόνια να πραγματοποιηθεί η οποιαδήποτε εργασία συντήρησης ούτε καν ένα βάψιμο στους τοίχους.Το ίδιο ισχύει και για τον ανελκυστήρα..
