Lovely cottage,comfy beds.
No hot water in one of the showers, the hot water in the bath only trickled, so this bathroom was unusable.
I felt that the cleaners had forgot to finish before we arrived, the dishwasher had not been emptied, there was mouldy fruit in the fruit bowl on the dining room table, cobwebs in the living room.
we did contact the owner & they offered to come out, but we did not accept as it was not convenient with us only being there for a couple of days.

The location is lovely. The house was very cool in the hot weather!
Well equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed.
The en-suite walk in shower never worked - despite two call outs. This was rather disruptive as I had to deal with endless messages …
The cottage does need a bit of attention - paper peeling off the walls - particularly in the family bathroom. Bulbs not working in master bedroom, and not enough lamps.
But - what would be a real benefit is to have an outside table and chairs for eating. The rusty small round table and two chairs are not enough.
It’s a really special property but requires a bit of TLC.
