Sehr abgewohnt. Flecken an den Wänden. Total viele Flecken auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Wirkte so als wolle man das Maximum an Profit rausholen.

Helaas geen fijn verblijf.

Het uitzicht is prachtig, airco was erg prettig, het terras van het 2-kamer appartement is mooi ruim.

Op Booking.com staat dat er prive parkeren mogelijk is bij de accommodatie, maar toen we aankwamen vertelde de moeder van Vanessa, dat dit alleen voor het 1-kamer appartement geldt. Er was bijna nooit plek op straat en we kregen zelfs briefjes onder de ruit dat we daar niet mochten parkeren. De straat is erg stijl en krap, dus parkeren is niet fijn op straat. Toen we Vanessa hierover appten kregen we geen reactie, pas op de dag dat we weg gingen zei ze dat ze het bericht niet eerder had gelezen. De wasmachine deed het niet, wat erg vervelend is met 2 kleine kinderen als je daar wel rekening mee hebt gehouden. Dit was bekend, want dit stond ook al in het gastenboek dat in het huis ligt. Het appartementencomplex is erg gehorig, de bovenburen maken veel geluid, 1 nacht hadden ze knallende ruzie waarbij meubels door de kamer gingen en de vrouw zelfs de politie heeft gebeld (Mijn man is Italiaans, dus wij konden alles verstaan). Het ijzeren toegangshek hoor je erg hard dichtvallen wanneer bewoners er doorheen lopen, vooral ‘s nachts en in de ochtend. Een paar keer per week komt om 7.00u een schoonmaakster het trappenhuis schoonmaken met veel kabaal, er wordt geen rekening gehouden met bewoners/vakantiegangers.

Ottima posizione, ampio terrazzo con una splendida vista aperta sulla costa, ambienti luminosi e pratico posto auto. Ulteriori plus la possibilità di usufruire della piscina.

Mancanza in cucina di tavolo di dimensioni adeguate, é stato necessario utilizzare quello esterno.
