Very quiet location, only a few minutes away from York.
Lovely cottage show casing great craftsmanship with exposed beams and the handmade mattresses.
Great to have a patio area with hot tub to relax and enjoy the spring sunshine.
While the cottage has been finished to a high standard however attention to detail appear to have slipped over the years causing a few issues for people staying there , all of which can easily be fixed with some focus. These things included green staining and limescale in the kettle, plaster dint in the ceiling of the kitchen living room, algae on the garden chair cushions, rotting hot tub lid. Take the time to bring it back up to 5* rating and make it the dream place to stay

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds and bedding.
Missing a few basic kitchen utensils, dishwasher broken so could barely open the door. Only one remote control for both the tv upstairs and downstairs.
