Location is just outside the busiest part of the city centre. I suppose in warmer months you can walk to and from the centre. It has a dedicated parking spot which is rather essential.
The apartment is on the second floor so you have a view and feel more secure.
Has microwave, nice kettle, and toaster all in working order.
Did not use washing machine, dishwasher is ok. Fridge is clean.
Plenty of cooffee and sugar, some basic condiments and seasonings available.
Water is hot enough in the showers.
Nice smart TV, remember to log out when leaving.
I had to find a spot to park the car temporarily to go into the compound to obtain the keys and the fob to open the gate to the carpark. Operating the fob is a kind of trial and error as I can never figure how to confidently make it work.
The apartment is on the second floor, so be prepared for some exercise. The apartment is currently next to a construction site and fortunately they don't start work very early. But there is a power station right next to it so you can hear the buzzing and have a feeling that Terminator is going to show up any moment. Didn't bother me as I only stay for 3 nights.
Echoing other reviews, kitchen utensils are at a bare minimum and probably best to bring along a couple of utensils that you need. There are 2 pots with a flat bottom which aits nicely on the ceramic hob, 2 not so flat saucepans which does not conduct heat very well, 1 ceramic coated frying pan that is rather sticky unless using a significant amount of oil, and 2 baking trays with only 1 rack in the oven. Cutlery is also minimum and I guess it's enough if you're not having proper meals here.
I would prefer more table tops to put things and a few more hook to hook things.
All in all nothing really to complaint about, just a feeling that it just lacks a little bit of this and that

Two bathrooms was definitely a bonus as was the dishwasher. Beds very comfortable but only a standard double size.
The parking space bollard seemed to be broken, so the key did not function to lock it. Wasn't an issue for us, but the host might want to investigate.
Bedroom windows would benefit from blackout blinds, as there was only 4 hours of darkness when we stayed, so daylight disrupted sleep.
We were catering for ourselves and found the cookware quite basic and old. Even a small oven tray and some large serving utensils would help and perhaps some kitchen roll, foil and a dish towel for wiping small items so not needing to wait for the dishwasher.
Very comfortable sofa but only space for 2 to sit down and other 2 people needed to sit on dining chairs.

We were a family of five, and we spent two nights at the apartment. The apartment is very well located and walking distance from the city Centre and stars and restaurants nearby apartment is very clean and well equipped. Our host OJay was super communicative , and very helpful with any request that we had. I would strongly recommend this place to travellers and families to stay while visiting Aberdeen
