Modern, clean, well supplied with bedding and towels. Toaster, coffee machine, etc, in good condition.
Poorly maintained garden surrounding house. Two lockboxes, old one should be removed, had to phone to find the correct lock box to enter the house. Heavy rain over weekend came under front door soaking doormat.
Could only get Channel 9 on the TV. No instructions on how to use TV.
Could use some markers along the driveway to help with long reverse out from Sail B.

More pavement out side for out door area and gardens need attention

A more thorough cleaning would help as in peanuts and dirt between cushions on couch and long black hair on bathroom floor. (neither my wife or i have long black hair ) We were told to refer to the compendium for information on the appliances but there was'nt one so to try and operate the t.v. was a nightmare.
