VERY UNSATISFACTORY AND DISAPPOINTING

None

The air conditioner is not working. I complained to the manager but got it fixed. The apartment was warm and inconvenient while sleeping. There's continuous water leaking on the bathroom floor which was addressed to the apartment manager but never got fixed. The shower head holder is broken. No HOT water on the first night where we do not know why. I complained but the manager did not respond in a timely manner. The apartment is dusty. The refrigerator was not working on the second day which spoiled our food. The manager is not responsive in a timely manner on the issues mentioned above. Plus, we had difficulty getting into the building at the main entrance door.

Only there for a short stay, good location and place was clean. Check in was a little sketchy but instructions were easy

Good location, close to train station

Bedroom window opens directly to street, so can be noisy

Great location, nice hosts and clean but missing amenities

Amazing location, about 10min walk to Moscova Metro station. Hosts were kind and gave us information on Whatsapp. The apartment was clean and offered towels and a hairdryer. Has a washing machine and dishwasher. Getting in and out of the apartment was simple too.

Kitchen was underequipped, no kettle, knife, scissors, salt & pepper or even wash cloths. We visited in December and the apartment was pretty cold, luckily there were more blankets in the closet so it was ok in bed. There is only one window in the bedroom so the apartment is quite dark. Lighting in the bathroom is also pretty dim, not ideal for getting ready. Slightly too pricy for the lack of amenities.

it’s okay for a short stay

- the tarrace was nice

- the kitchenware didn’t work - price is too big for the quality - bed linen has holes in it - just one window for a big apartment - it supposedly has 3 stars so the tourist tax was quite high but it shouldn't even have 1 star

"The location is in the middle of Chinatown, it is walking distance from Garibaldi Station (about 10 min) and there are tram stops on both end of the street. The apartment was very clean and comfortabl..."
