A clean, spacious, modern apartment. Would likely book again for a future visit.

Good. It’s a spacious, clean and modern apartment, well equipped with fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, mini-oven/grill. Good shower, good bed (a very firm and supportive mattress). Wi-Fi, TV, and several radiators (not that we needed them).i This apartment is obviously very new, and I assume that’s why there are few reviews here so far. But my partner and I were both pleased with it. I guess it was maybe formerly a shop, as this is a little shopping street – a barber, a beautician, an escape room – nothing noisy – but it has been repurposed effectively. The address is 85 Calle Luis Montoto. 85 however is a block, not one single door – so at first you may be a little confused. You’re looking for a little passageway, next to a coffee shop (a good one, friendly staff, and an excellent range of cakes) – the apartment is down there. For my booking, our contact, Rocio, also sent a picture of the specific door and I am sure she will to you. That makes it easy to find. Calle Luis Montoto is a busy road (good to get a taxi), but the apartment is down the passage a little way, so there’s no serious road noise. There were a few people walking down this passage from time to time, and really that’s the only disturbance – it is very minor for living in a city. It’s not in the old part of town, but it is very close to the station – it’s about a 7-minute walk, though 3 minutes of that is waiting to cross a couple of busy roads outside the railway station. So, uninterrupted it would be a 4-minute walk from the station. I would certainly stay here again on a future visit to Seville.

Para cortas estancias es correcto

Muy espacioso. Limpio. Es muy cómodo y nada agobiante. Bien decorado. Estuvimos cómodos, el aire funcionaba muy bien.

Estaba en un pasadizo a pie de calle y por la mañana desde las 8 se escuchaba a los obreros trabajando en una obra al lado. No puedes abrir las cortinas porque te ve la gente al pasar. Lo que menos me hizo gracia es que pretendían cobrarme 18€ por la cuna cuando en la reserva pone claramente que un niño menos de 1 año puede dormir gratis. Al final la montamos nosotros y no nos cobraron, y por eso no nos dieron sábanas. La verdad que no entiendo esta forma de trabajar. La cafetera tenía cápsulas de cortesía que no eran compatibles con ella.

Muy espacioso. Limpio. Es muy cómodo y nada agobiante. Bien decorado. Estuvimos cómodos, el aire funcionaba muy bien.
