appt lumineux, avec une belle vue.
bien équipé en cuisine , spacieux pour 2 personnes. décoré avec goût. la copropriété est calme et le parking au pieds de l appartement.

Super wonderful host, amazing apartment, views, etc - very clean & comfortable for our week-long stay. Would certainly come back to stay again in future!
Was a bit difficult to get in - we had to have someone let us in the building & look for a key under a neighbor's mat. We also were only able to access the building from the back / car entrance rather than the front, which was a bit difficult for us with car pickups / drop offs but it was ok.

This apartment is a total sanctuary. The minimalist design, neutral tones, and high-end finishes make it such a calm, tranquil spot to decompress. Ideally located, it is tucked away from the main road (so it’s peaceful at street level) but still just a short walk to all the best local spots.
It’s well-appointed with all the essential amenities, but the real highlight is the view: the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking.
Regarding the wind: when the 'Cape Doctor' is blowing, you can hear it around the building, but that is the classic Cape Town trade-off. You can either have no view and silence, or a spectacular view with a bit of wind. For these sunsets, I’d choose this view every time.

Location is great, central, easy accessible and with a beautiful view. Quiet location with no noise of traffic etc. Host is always approachable and just a phone call away and willing to assist when and if needed.
Nothing not to like however Smart TV could be problematic at times but then again the host was always willing to assist when needed. Who watch television anyway when you are on vacation.
