We really enjoyed the tranquillity of the place. It was in a gated community, so it felt very safe, and the shutters on the windows were brilliant. We also liked the fact that air-con and fans were both provided. Amenities were about a 5 minute drive away, we went to chez popo after recommandations from our family. There was my.t so TV service was decent. The cleaners were really helpful and very friendly. The pool was cleaned regularly and the cleaner also came regularly so make sure you add a cleaner service to your booking if you can. The safe was nice and secure as well. There were some maintenance issues with a door knob but the host quickly resolved this.
The villa had no recommendations for where to go for groceries so we did feel a bit lost for the first couple of days. There was a lack of hangers provided and the twin bedroom had no wardrobe. There was only 1 full length mirror in the whole place. The bathrooms had no extractor fan and so it was awkward to open and close the window every time. There were some instructions on how to set the safe but the instructions were in french. There was an lack of accessibility for english speakers. The coffee filter machine was available but no filter papers were provided. Did not include certain things that we considered essentials like: cereal, milk, butter, bread, bin liners, tea bags and coffee bags

Villa was lovely. Pool cleaned twice a week and house also. Gated community so very safe., not that wee ever had worried about that in Mauritius. All in all was great but a little more effort would have changed this into a perfect holiday
Only had one house key between 6 and also 1 remote for the gate. After a long journey and a very slow car pick up it would have been nice to get into the property a bit quicker. We arrived and couldn't get in the gate as the key holder was inside and we were outside. Map instrustinos were not clear.
Next door had a small yappy dog whoch they puit outise every night very late and every morning very early so disturbed sleep every night.

Maison spacieuse, tout confort, et super bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche cheveux, etc), située dans une résidence sécurisée et calme. La terrasse est très jolie et bien aménagée. La présence d’une femme de ménage est vraiment appréciable et rend le séjour encore plus confortable.
Quelque petits manquements sur la propreté à notre arrivée, très vite rectifiés par la femme de ménage. Tout le reste a été parfait !
