The location is absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful and great proximity to the beautiful beach of Amoreira - the sunsets there were fantastic at the beach bar/restaurant! The estuary a little way up from the beach (nearer to Herdade Amoreira) provides a lovely quiet beach/riverside place to walk dogs. Jasmin Villa was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable with everything you need to be self sufficient and cater for yourselves. The early mornings were sublime in the incredible calm weather we had whilst there and the very pretty and calm outside seating area was a lovely place to chill out. It was the best place to come back to after a day out exploring.
Nothing that mattered, the kitchen/living area is small but we coped admirably!

A Herdade Amoreira superou todas as nossas expectativas.
Recomendo a 100%!

Location.
Misleadingly advertised as a private villa
The property is in an attractive setting, but the listing did not clearly describe what we were booking.
The name “Jasmin Villa,” the aerial estate photo, and the prominent statement “The entire place is yours” gave us the impression that our family was reserving a private villa. Instead, we stayed in one small unit on a property with at least four separately occupied accommodations. Other guests shared the grounds, pool, and facilities. Had we understood that arrangement, we would have booked elsewhere.
Our unit also had no body wash. We told the manager and were promised some the next day, but it never arrived. Our follow-up message went unanswered. The missing body wash was minor; the lack of follow-through was frustrating.
The listing should plainly state that guests are booking an individual unit on a shared property. Families looking for the privacy of an entire villa should know that this accommodation does not provide it.
