This is the best accommodation in Bansko. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine was waiting for us. The apartment has everything you need: refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee pods, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots, plates, mugs, and glasses. The sofa is a pull-out bed. The apartment is located on the first floor, overlooking the gondola parking lot. Communication with the owner was great. Parking is free, but only on the side with the residential apartments, not by the river. There is a small shop on the ground floor of the buiding. We'll be happy to stay here again.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very well situated, a couple minutes walk from the gondola. It was clean and fully equipped with towels, extra bedding, has adjustable AC and heating throughout, as well cooking and cleaning equipment. There was a bath which I enjoyed for muscle recovery after a long day on the mountain, the balcony was lovely for sunrise breakfasts, coffee pods and coffee machine were provided, and the bed was very spacious (larger than our double at home!)
Our host Konstantin was engaged and very responsive, we felt as though he genuinely cared and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Definitely would stay here again for a ski trip to Bankso.
No complaints! Konsantin was there to help with any questions and the key in lockbox was convenient has had thorough instructions w pictures in the app of how to find it and open it which we had no problem with.
