The beds were quite uncomfortable but other than that it was a good stay

Great location. Lots of eateries close by. Dedicated carpark for the apartment. Nice spacious apartment.
Some areas of the apartment could do with some work. Its a bit dirty, run down/broken in some areas. The main bedroom is freezing at night due to the HRV/DVS vent in the room. I had to hunt down a spare blanket to try and stay warm overnight. There is a heater that warms the room but as soon as you turn it off, the cold air takes over any heat. The carpets need a good clean. The beds were incredibly hard so weren't overly comfortable.

Couldn’t ask for a better location, within very short walk of everything. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Communication was clear and easy to follow. The apartment was great. Spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped. We would absolutely return.
TV wasn’t connected to anything / not working. Although we didn’t actually message the owner to figure it out, i’m sure it’s an easy fix. Didn’t bother us.

Location was excellent.
No curtains; just blinds which let in the daylight. This was particularly problematic in the smaller bedroom as the Walkway Lights came on each and every time anyone walked along it, lighting up the whole room. This room lacked openable windows too which was very odd creating stale air in the room...
The beds were quite hard too, so not very comfortable.
Soundproofing was not that great: the music being blasted out by BFT Gym, situated 200m away, could be heard from 5am onwards and was very disturbing!
