Location is great right near the shops at Birkenhead.
Unit has just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. The parking spot is also very handy. I love that they have lifts in the building for ease of access to our level & unit.
The washing machine & dryer are really great. Overall a comfortable place to stay.
We have stayed here several times now & we seem to have the same issues. The carpets need a steam clean & so does the lounge.

Lovely apartment and very clean building, great value for money.

Location great day to access and nice and quiet
It was clean walls around toilets were grubby and walls throughout could be cleaned. Overall cleanness below expectation

The location is good for what we needed to visit family.
The beds were not very comfortable, there was plastic mattress protector on one bed in particular that was terrible. I totally think mattress protecters should be used, but not cheap horrible ones that keep you up all night when you move slightly. There was a room perfume bottle with no perfume in it, stuck to the bedside table? The bedside lamp did not work. The sofa was very stained and there was food scraps on the kitchen floor.
