Two designated parking spots located on the side road next to the house.

Outdoor:
Deck, backyard, grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower (summer only).

Safety:
Exterior security cameras only. No interior cameras. Equipped with smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Initial Supplies:

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet tissue, and trash bags.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No events, parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets are allowed with prior approval and must be included on the reservation. The pet fee is $100 per reservation, with a maximum of 2 pets. Please add all pets to your reservation under “Add guests” in the search bar. Guests are still responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair, waste, or other pet-related cleaning is required. Please keep pets off beds and furniture.

- Any use of the fireplace or fire pit shall be in accordance with NYS burning regulations. Please observe the annual statewide ban on residential brush burning, in effect from March 16 through May 14.

- Parking shall be allowed solely in the dedicated parking area.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

NOTE: While we make every effort to inform guests in advance, it may occasionally be necessary for maintenance personnel to access the exterior of the property during your stay to service the lawn and other amenities. We respect your privacy and will never enter the home without your permission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
