The staff couldn’t do enough .
The rooms , pools and communal areas were immaculate .
It felt like walking into an oasis of peace and tranquility.
The food was amazing .
2 beautiful cats wandering around .

Staff was so friendly, but did not speak english. Resort was so clean and felt very relaxing. Location was sort of in the middle of no where.

The staff was really nice. The hotel is small and quiet.
I did not like seeing a rat my first night while sitting in the pool. I didn’t like alcohol being displayed but not for sale. I did not like coming back to my room on the second day with ants all over the bed. I did not like being charged for extra meal in regard to communication barrier with front desk staff.
