This friendly, beachfront one-bedroom apartment (approx. 47 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The living area has laminate flooring, while the kitchen area and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious and bright apartment features a separate seating area in the combined living/sleeping area with a comfortable leather couch, armchair, an ottoman, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 3 chairs; and a spacious sideboard.

The sleeping area is equipped with a practical fold-out wall bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) for 2 people and a large wardrobe. If you don’t need the bed during the day, you can simply fold it away into the closet. At night, it offers you the best in comfortable sleep.

The apartment features a ground-level, south-facing, sunny, and partially covered terrace measuring approximately 8 m² with garden furniture. Here you can sit back and relax in the fresh air and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious bathroom features a shower with a clear glass shower enclosure, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a heated towel rack, a bathroom shelf, and ample storage space. In addition, there is a spacious cabinet here containing cleaning supplies and similar items.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet with a bench and shoe rack in the apartment’s entryway.

If needed, a laundromat is available very close to your vacation rental (a 5-minute walk) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 4) belonging to your apartment, right next to the building; your bicycles can be parked in bike racks in several courtyard areas of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a small dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “Feels” (Anglersteig 2), which has a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to flavorful dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
