There is one main floor bedroom that is quite large and perfect for elders that prefer to walk less steps. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and plenty of closet space, black out curtains and very large windows. EACH ROOM has a minimum of one or more Queen or King Beds

We offer two pack-n-plays, baby safe plastic utencils, plates, baby high chair and kids historical books about some of DC's most well known people. **Baby Sitters are offered at additional fees.**

The house was very comfortable and clean. Even with our party of 12 there was plenty of places to gather and relax. Parking for one to two cars otherwise you need to find a garage. We also didnโt realize it was a townhouse so had a little issue with getting an older adult up the stairs. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Great restaurants to walk to.

Our host, Vik, was super helpful; came by himself to deal with a couple of small issues on day one. We were in Arlington for a (sort of) family reunion, and the house accommodated the large group well. Beds super comfortable, too!

Highly recommend - and would stay again at - this property! Home is spacious, well appointed and kept, and within walking distance to so many things - restaurants, shops, etc.
