The yellow is a year round delight for nature and comfort lovers - with a fireplace to cozy up to, a hallway library for lazy afternoons, jet-setting and soaking tubs to sink into after a long day, and a beautiful river right out front to swim, float or simply sit by the rocks.
The first floor welcomes you to an open floor living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. The master bedroom also sits on the main floor with a king size bed, and a master bathroom with a shower and claw foot tub.
The second floor has an open office, TV room, a second full-size bedroom, and a third kid friendly bedroom with a full bed and crib. There is a hallway library with every good book you can imagine, and a massive bathroom with a shower and deep soaking tub.
West Fulton is a dream in the foothills of the Catskills. It is home to some of the most beautiful waterfalls, mountain and valley views, and an abundance of hiking, farm stands and scenic drives. Phoenicia, Windham and Delaware county towns (Stamford, Bovina, South Kortright) are some of the many beautiful destinations nearby. We are a 30 minute drive from the Platekill mountains, with some of the biggest ski slopes in the Catskills.
