Boa.

A acomodação é incrível, o condomínio é excelente, a infraestrutura é o diferencial, com paisagem bonita, piscina de uso comum, restaurante, saída direto para a praia, pelo ambiente certamente voltaríamos. Mas não posso dizer o mesmo pela hospitalidade e atendimento do anfitrião.

O anfitrião nunca nos respondeu, desde o dia da reserva, o que por si só já gerou desgaste e insegurança. O pior de tudo foi quando chegamos no local e simplesmente fomos “barrados” porque o anfitrião não havia comunicado a reserva e nós cadastrado, além da vergonha que passamos, do atraso no check in, a ansiedade que nos causou, ainda mais com dois idosos, não consigo descrever. Minha filha começou a procurar por ele em outras plataformas, como Airbnb e Instagram até que ele respondeu ela de forma muito grosseira no Airbnb, indicando que deveríamos o contatar pelo booking apenas. Somente nesse momento ele nos respondeu, pediu uma série de dados fotos e documentos para nós cadastrar na hora. E ainda foi grosseiro. Na portaria inclusive falaram que ele faz isso e já foi notificado inúmeras vezes, o que nos deixou mais apavorados. Enfim, no final conseguimos entrar depois da vergonha que passamos, o condomínio é ótimo, uma pena o anfitrião não ser cordial e parecer que estava nos fazendo um favor, por isso não voltaríamos e só por isso a avaliação negativa.
