我們一家4人，連續住3晚的獨立套房-豪華套房。飯店接待處設在大樓的1樓，只有1位工作人員。我們租車，飯店提供免費的停車空間，B1~B4都是停車場。大樓的1樓就是7-11便利商店，飯店後方有CU便利商店，飯店的右側有GS25便利商店，購物非常便利。每張房間配置2張感應門卡。一進房門，房間非常乾淨、明亮。首先看到2張單人床，2張單人床的床尾空間很大，足夠把2個28吋的行李箱同時攤平。2張單人床的左側是落地窗，右側配置一張長方型餐桌、具備4人坐位。餐桌上配備1台微波爐，我們利用微波爐加熱食物、牛奶。餐桌旁配置洗衣機，電磁爐、水槽、冰箱。洗衣機只能洗衣與脫水，不能烘衣服。洗衣機旁位置配置一個水槽，我們利用來洗滌杯子與水果。水槽旁邊配置1台冰箱，具備冷藏庫與冷凍庫，可以冷藏水果，製作冰塊。另以門牆隔離出一間主臥室，主臥室配置1張雙人床與衛浴設備。衛浴設備需要與同房的住客共用，因為只有1間衛浴。主臥室必須隨時開著房門，無法享有獨立空間。
我們4人入住時，房內只配備3雙拖鞋；當我們通知櫃台時，竟是1F接待櫃台人員親自送1雙拖鞋到我們房間。也難怪，我們退房時櫃檯沒有人，一票人在1樓等候櫃檯人員回接待櫃台辦理退房。建議：每一層樓配置房務人員，1樓接待櫃檯須常駐。
入住當日，我們看到枕頭套上有污漬。住1晚後，隔日要求房務清潔。房務看似有清潔並補充毛巾浴巾，但枕頭套的污漬依然存在。顯然，房務人員並沒有更換枕頭套；我們連續2晚都要求清潔，房務也一直沒有更換枕頭套，那枕頭套的污漬就這樣跟著我們，直到退房。建議：加強房務清潔人員的訓練。
雖然提供洗衣機，卻沒有提供洗衣精。我們詢問櫃檯自費購買洗衣精。KRW1000，2顆洗衣球。建議：提供洗衣精供房客使用。

Compact and practical. We enjoyed breakfast buffet a lot. Staff was nice and quick to help us when we had a issue
