The view and location are the selling point but the rest is poor including the service.
It starts with the staff being 1.5hrs late for the agreed checkin time. This is terrible and should never happen. Other reviews have mentioned this problem - it needs the owners/managers attention.
The whole place is tired and needs a good clean and some attention to detail.
The main shower has extensive mould, the range hood is greasy and smelly, the iron has a major leak, the bin is filthy and smells, there were no dishwasher tablets and the lounge furniture is heavily stained.
The apartment is starting to date badly with many wall and floor marks. This apartment needs some TLC and attention to detail.
