Skvělý výchozí bod
Špatná komunikace s majitelem. Bylo nám zasláno špatné telefonní číslo i kód ke dveřím. Plus dveře ani nebyly označené, takže jsme si mysleli, že ani ubytování nemáme. Přes hodinu jsme řešili a nebýt dalších ubytovaných, kteří měli správné číslo, tak bychom se dovnitř nedostali.

The apartment is large, with 3 king sized beds. It has one full bathroom, and one extra toilet. The furniture is well chosen. The location is in a deep ravine next to a small stream. So even though the temperature outside was very hot, the apartment stayed cool without air conditioning. In general the apartment was clean, but the cleaners definitely missed quite a few spiders on the ceilings. They were kind enough to provide detergent, and dishwashing soap. It was great to have a laundry machine. The apartment is nothing fancy, but works very well for larger families.
The staff consistently provided incorrect information: 1- the emailed instructions sent prior to arrival about where to find the key box were wrong
2- no key box was labelled with our unit number.
3- no apartment was labelled with our unit number.
4- the key box code provided was wrong.
5- no one answered the telephone number provided by booking (which they finally updated after we complained). Apparently they provided the correct number in one of numerous messages sent several days before arrival. I had erroneously assumed the number provided by booking on the webpage should also be correct.
6- for 30 minutes I was messaging them, and they refused to believe that the information I had was wrong. Finally when I threatened to cancel and demand my money back, they checked and realized the code to the key box had been wrong. And only through photos they sent could I find which key box was the correct one (we had tried the wrong code on all 7 key boxes we could find). 7- the wifi information they provided was wrong, and it frequently worked terribly. 8- several rooms had spiders on the ceiling. 9- several dishes and pots in the cabinets were dirty. 10- the beds were so soft I woke up with a sore back every morning. 11- for the price we paid for 4 nights, they should have provided more than 2 rolls of toilet paper. 12. there is only parking for 4 cars next to the building. if it is full you have to drive backwards up a narrow hill and park along the edge of the rail road tracks. sometimes cars park and partially block others next to the house. 13- one of the windows does not open correctly and the balcony door is missing hardware 14- sheets were put on the mattresses inside out. 14- the kettle needs a deep clean, as does the stove fan

Das Apartment mit den 3 Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und hat viel Stauraum. Die Betten, Couch und Stühle sind hochwertig und sehr bequem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an den See und ins Zentrum.
Die Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend, ein Küchenfreund wäre eine gute Ergänzung wenn man die beschichtete Pfanne nicht beschädigen soll.
Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Teesorten da. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (Tabs) und Toaster ebenfalls.
Im Bad Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und -eisen vorhanden.
Bei uns ist alles eingetreten was wir zuvor schon negativ in den Rezensionen gelesen hatten.
Der Zugangscode war falsch, was uns zuerst nicht geglaubt wurde. Die verlinkte Telefonnummer um die Besitzerin zu erreichen ist auch nicht korrekt. Zum Glück hat sie relativ zügig auf die schriftlichen Nachrichten reagiert. Nach längerem Hin und Her gab sie uns einen anderen Code, der dann passte. Mir unverständlich warum man nicht direkt den korrekten Code hergibt, wenn das ohnehin schon so oft reklamiert wurde.
Die Sauerkeit war ok, Spinnen in einem alten Haus mit viel Holz sind unumgänglich. Bei gründlicher Reinigung würden aber derartige Netze und Teklas sicher zu vermeiden sein.
Es gab weder Spülmittel, noch Geschirrspültabs noch Geschirrtücher. Wir haben ein Handtuch verwendet. Auch am WC keine Möglichkeit zum Hände trocken. Im Backrohr ein gebrauchtes verfettetes Backpapier.
Das Fenster am Eßtisch ist kaputt und kippt beim Öffnen aus dem oberen Schanier. Der Balkon ist für das 'Luxusapartment' winzig. Die Terrasse davor ist aber geräumig und sehr ok.
Mit etwas mehr Aufwand und Liebe wäre das Apartment eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte, dafür voll ok.
