Bad kuantan puteri kempadang homestay

New house, if not, it surely even worsens.

The owner resell / took booking to other tenant just because I arrived late due bad traffic jam at the karak kuantan highway. I was on 10 hrs journey due to traffic jam and when I arrived at 8pm the house has been taken by others. I called owner using hp number for the first time, all the while I was using the apps to communicate with the owner. When I called him he said he already contacted with me and gave the password which was actually not me. Owner said he confused me somebody else and wrongly gave to other due to he has many homestay unit (4 units was too many to him, i guess). He even update my stay status as cancelled by tenant and luclily booking.com give notification to confirm. Maybe he taught i did not turned up quickly want to make more money by resell it to others. Already complaint to booking.com when they want to confirm with on the calcellation which was i did not cancelled it. I dont know what booking.com action or just doing it as a SOP. The house has no soap for bathing and soap for dish washing. The was only one pot for rice or firying or noodle, use this only one pot. The unit was very basic & incomplete. The owner keep saying he has done me a big favour due to he has managed to asked the wrong tenant to move out instead of offer me something. Can you imagine? you paid for 2 nights stays, he gave it somebody else and when he has to chase the wrong tenant he keep repeating as if i should be lucky because he HELP to chase them out. I only able to check in by 10pm. I paid for 2 night stay and the owner did not offer any discount of whatsoever (even offer a cup of coffee or teh tarik will show what kind of person you are).
