The staff and the location
The first room assigned had not been cleaned for the day. (After 6 pm)
The second room we were assigned was somewhat clean . The exception being signs of hair in the shower, food left in the refrigerator and two pairs of men’s used underwear hanging in the closet area. Unbelievable. The desk clerk did apologize and said there had been a change in staff. Also, the oatmeal was cold and the two large bottles of pump creamer were empty at breakfast.
Hilton hotels, please do better. Pay your staff or hire more as you are short handed it seems. Very disappointing.
