The apartment is very comfortable; everything is close at hand, making it feel just like home. The apartment is tastefully designed, comfortable, and clean. It is located not far from the University, on a quiet and shaded street. I arrived for a scientific conference at the university, and the location was extremely convenient for me. It is an 8-minute walk from a supermarket, with parks nearby, and of course, just 12 minutes to the promenade, and from there to the center 7 minutes on foot. The air conditioning works perfectly, which was a huge help during the especially hot days of my stay. The management company is very quick to respond to any inquiries. It was a lovely touch to walk in and find fresh fruit and water waiting.
1. The booking mistakenly registered as non-refundable with an early charge date, despite choosing free cancellation. Either the system glitched or... I prefer not to speculate. I contacted the management company twice, begging them to understand the situation in Israel, but they refuse to correct it. If active fighting resumes and I am in a bomb shelter under rocket fire, would they still charge me???
2. The hot water doesn't come right away; you have to turn on the tap and wait about 5 minutes, and even then, the water is lukewarm but not really hot. The water pressure is also relatively weak.

Clean apartment with more than needed for a weekend stay.
Very poor lighting when approaching building and inside hole way, and toilet seat was loose.

Pleasant interior. Relatively close to the center. Spatious enough.
You have to let the water flow for many minutes til you get hot water.
