The room and communal areas were always kept amazingly clean to a high standard. In my room there were FREE toiletries, tea, coffee, and a bottle of water! My room contained a large comfortable double bed, Kettle, fridge, kitchen sink, worktop, armchair, coffee table, large wardrobes, a smart lcd tv and towels were provided daily. The modern gym facilities are of the highest standard and also very clean.

What I loved about the property was the staff they were warm welcoming always there to help you whatever I ask for. I got it. I recommend anybody to go and stay there because it’s home away from home. You have a everything there.
What I loved about the property it had a sauna had a swimming pool. He had a gym. Everything was included. Food was excellent. What can I say? I would avoid them a star five star actually

Gym, ambiance and locality all are good.
We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this property. We arrived just 30–40 minutes earlier than the standard check-in time, yet we were asked to pay half-day tariff. Considering that we had travelled nearly 2,000 km to reach the hotel, the approach felt unnecessarily rigid and insensitive.
What was even more disappointing was the behaviour of the female receptionist. She was rude, uncooperative and showed absolutely no empathy towards guests who had just completed such a long journey. She did not even have the courtesy to ask us to sit or offer us some water while the check-in issue was being discussed. Basic hospitality was completely missing.
We had stayed at this property 3–4 months ago, when Pooja, the main manager, was managing the property. At that time, the property was maintained very well and the overall hospitality was much better. Unfortunately, our recent experience was a complete contrast.
The condition of the room was also disappointing:
The washroom was not properly cleaned, and the WC had visible stains/spit marks.
The floor was dirty.
The drawers were dirty and not properly maintained.
The water purifier was leaking.
Overall, the experience was far below what we expected from a property we had previously been happy with. Hospitality is not just about providing a room; it is also about treating guests with basic courtesy, empathy and respect. Sadly, that was missing during our visit.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff behaviour and housekeeping standards, because the property clearly has the potential to provide a much better experience.
