Do not stay here!

Had it been a good stay then it would have been in a good location for sight seeing.

This was one of the worst stays I ever had. The apartment is on the ground floor near staff quarters. There is no privacy at all as there is always someone standing outside your door or window. You can’t even dress or shower in privacy as there is always someone standing outside looking in. The host was also dishonest. Three days into a 6 weeks stay a notice was put up at the entrance of the building of renovations starting that were to continue for 3 months in the building. All residents were moved out of the building into the building next door except for myself due to the disruption. The host refused to move me or accommodate the inconvenience in any way. This meant morning to evening drilling and hammering . The host claimed they were not aware of the renovations starting despite a notice being put up to warn everyone and all other guests being moved out. I ended up in a ghost building by myself for 6 weeks with workers standing outside my door the entire time. In the second week a group of people entered the building which were acting very suspicious. My devices were hacked twice during this time and I had to contact police. Again the host wiped their hands of any wrong doing and despite telling me they would contact the concierge to find out who these people were lurking outside my apartment they did not. I asked to be accommodated elsewhere for my safety and again they refused . I had to lose my money and move somewhere else for my safety. This accommodation should be taken off bookings as there is something not right going on there.

Nice quiet and safe neighbourhood with a good community feel especially when going around local shops.

Apartment was comfortable but did not have much natural light. There were no extractors in the kitchen or bathroom to take away smells and moisture and it was difficult to air out the space when it was cold. Also the windows faced general areas (ground floor) and there’s no privacy if left opened for too long.
