Liked the location of the property
Communication wasn't the best to be honest, when I booked the accommodation I did ask about an early check in and also about parking.
On the day I telephoned a gentleman and asked about an early check in, was told he needed to speak to the cleaners to see if the property had been cleaned, was told I would get a call back, I had to call again.
I was asked to share ID before we could get accessed, first time I had been requested to share ID, glad I had travelled with suitable ID.
Once the ID had been shared, I then received a list of DO's and DON'T's, the list of DON'T was a rather detailed list, first time I had seen one of those.
Had a couple of issues of accessing the property the guy was contactable and assisted.

The flat, although nice, looked tired and in need of a good clean. The blinds must be replaced as they are well past their use-by date. Please clean the place, as this makes such a difference. I am hyper-allergic to dust and had to take antihistamine tablets throughout our stay.
