Big comfortable and clean room
Nice big comfy balcony
Hard to find the office is in the diving shop.
Entrance from the back at night dark and tricky pathway.

Wi fi was good, room is very large, the cost was cheap
The bed was rock hard and i mean hard, the hot water is not that hot, trying to find the place was hard, even the taxi driver could not find it and we were parked right next to it, the room is above a diving shop, which is the letting agent, so very little signage, you have to enter round the back which has very poor lighting, and the path leading to the door way is in a very poor condition, you will also need a scooter to get around as its not near the main area of Phuket
