An absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed-a feeling that persisted throughout my entire visit. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and full of positive energy; it was truly the perfect place to return to after exploring the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

We had a very great experience! Hotel was very good and the hospitality as well .
The staff deserve special appreciation - everyone was incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and assisted us with recommendations and arrangements, which made our trip even smoother.
Our stay at Sao Mai Boutique hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a beautiful boutique charm with a calm, elegant atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail.

From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated excellence! The check-in process was swift; we were invited to relax in comfortable seating and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink while the receptionist handled the necessary paperwork.
Afterward, a staff member came over to provide a welcome briefing and helped us book a fantastic guided food tour for that evening. It was truly a perfect start to the trip.
