Slechte ervaring: Niet het geboekte appartement en gebrekkige communicatie

Bij aankomst bleek het appartement niet te zijn wat we hadden geboekt. Het was half gerenoveerd (vooral de keuken was verre van af), rommelig, en er hingen overal handdoeken. Daarnaast was de vaatwasser en wasmachine nog vol. De badkamer lekte tijdens het douchen, waardoor we alleen heel kort konden douchen. Krijg moeilijk op de foto. De verhuurder bood aan dat we gratis mochten annuleren, maar zo kort van tevoren vind je helaas niets anders in dezelfde prijsklasse. Vervolgens stelde de verhuurder voor om de helft van het bedrag te vergoeden, maar daarna stopte alle communicatie vanuit hun kant plotseling. Erg teleurstellend en absoluut geen aanrader.
