This room would have been more suitable for a backpack instead of an older couple. The bathroom looks like a jail cell the shower stall, and the bathroom sink were all chipped. It was one lightbulb in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put any of your clothes away, which was difficult for us as we stayed for one week

The view was great and the hot tub was overlooking the Caldera - fabulous. It was slightly too close to next suites hot tub though so we only went in when they were not in theirs! The bed was comfortable and the contact with the suites was good beforehand and friendly - although I thought I saw there was a free transfer from the airport included and this was not the case (perhaps I mistook a booking.com offer for the suites offer). Also we had to text twice the details of our flight and reiterate that on text from an email already sent via booking.com However they did arrange a reliable driver waiting to pick us up and also drop us the next day - who we used again on return the next week. A lovely central location for a quick night's stop.
I'm not sure if this is normal in Greece and admittedly we arrived late on a Sunday and left next morning at checkout - but there was noone to greet us or on check out so we didn't see the host or concierge at all just picked up and left keys at the front desk. There was a kettle in our room but no tea bags or coffee sachets or water and the upstairs bar was not open so I had to go out and get coffee. It almost felt as if we weren't supposed to be there - but we were grateful for the reliable arrangement of transfers.
