The property is in a great location, just moments from the sea front and from the town. It is a beautifully renovated, large terrace house with three decent sized double bedrooms (one set up as a twin). There were two well equipped good sized bathrooms; the shower room on the ground floor was particularly useful to get clean after being at the beach and the bath in the upstairs bathroom felt luxurious. All the fixtures and fittings were to a high standard and it really felt like a lot of thought had gone into decorating and equipping the property. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with useful little touches like kitchen roll, tupperware, salt and pepper and wine and cake on arrival. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedrooms felt like someone had put real effort and thought into making them a welcoming and comfortable space. The small enclosed yard was perfect for eating breakfast in the sun and provided a nice outdoor space for the dog to have a sniff around.

Everything about this property is first class, not your normal cheap furniture. The house was very roomy as there was 6 of us and never felt cramped

The property is obviously quite recently modernised. It’s beautifully decorated, feels fresh and cared for.
The facilities were great. The football table was a big hit!
The wee pint of milk in the fridge was also welcome.
Very central to train, town, restaurants, bars but also very close to the beach.
My only suggestions would be to add a couple of dishwasher tablets so we could use the dishwasher at least once, or at least recommend people take some with them, and maybe a few coffee pods for the coffee machine.
We couldn’t find a bath mat for the downstairs shower which, when used, made it difficult to keep the floor dry.
