Most of the things I expected was there, the place is very beautiful, safe and sound.
I think I will have to think deep about that because everything was fine.. this is actually a nice place.. hideout from the town.

Very big space with fast wifi. Villa is very comfortable with smart toilet
Bolt drivers needed additional directions to get to the property, but Christian was very helpful to guide them

The onsite caretaker, Christian (Setornam), demonstrated strong customer service skills throughout my stay. He was respectful, attentive, and consistently willing to assist.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively affected by a booking and advertisement error on the part of management. As a result, I was required to change rooms three times during my four-day stay, which caused significant inconvenience. In addition, the reservation was charged in USD via Booking.com, with payment required at the property. When I requested to pay USD via Visa/credit card or online bank transfer, the owner declined and requested cash payment (in USD or the equivalent in Ghanaian cedi). Shamefully, the exchange rate he applied to the cedi payment was significantly higher than both the Bank of Ghana rate and prevailing market rates.
While the facility has modern and aesthetically pleasing features, such as smart toilets & shower, fast wifi & good cooling system, the owner's customer service and communication did not meet expectations. The kitchen was also not fully equipped or maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness; the microwave, sink, and kitchen bench were visibly dirty. As a result, I was unable to cook or comfortably prepare even a cup of coffee. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and would not choose to return.
