La posizione innanzitutto.accogliente e fornita di tutto.la casa é ottima
un po di polvere e capelli un po sparsi per casa al mio arrivo,lo sportello in bagno dove c’e la lavatrice é rotto.e in camera da letto manca il lampadario centrale ,ci sono 2 lampadine ma servirebbe una lampada a tetto…

Immeuble bien entretenu, le tram 16 dans la rue pour aller au Duomo, supérette au pieds de l’immeuble, la déco
Douche trop petite, climatisation trop bruyante, les placards trop grands non adapté à la superficie ainsi que la porte du placard de la machine à laver, revoir le ménage( poussière sur l’étagère au dessus du lit et les serviettes sales des anciens laissées dans la machine à laver)

The building the apartment was situated in was fabulous...It is extremely close to Santa Maria dell Gracie and next door to a great Pizzeria. The apartment was clean with loads of clean towels.
No working bedside lamp and no bedside table , everything else was fine ...Except the communication on arrival was dreadful !! We were 2 elderly ladies arriving late at night. ..having already received the code from booking.com email via video we were confident all would be okay ..However as we were about to board our plane we received a short what's app message with a new code and new video showing key box across the street. across a tram line from apartment chained to a bicycle rank. We were very nervous as thought this might be a scam ! As it happened it wasn't but it's unprofessional of Easylife to communicate this way ..they could have perhaps have explained this sudden change of plan in a clear manner ...the keybox was eventually opened by 2 friendly German gentlemen as it was hard to open 😕 So a nice apartment in a fabulous building perhaps better suited to younger people who are used to communicating with contrary messaging services ..and are definitely arriving before midnight as there is no assistance after 12 !!!
