Caravan was suitable for its purpose, we literally used it to sleep in
Only used the caravan to sleep in as my son was racing at Cadwell Park. Did not use any facilities on site.
Dog muck on the grass outside the caravan

Extremely Disappointing Stay at Caravan 69, Sunnydale Holiday Park (Managed by 2C Holidays Limited)**
Extremely Disappointing Stay at Caravan 69, Sunnydale Holiday Park (Managed by 2C Holidays Limited)**
We are sorry to say that our stay at Caravan 69 was one of the worst caravan holiday experiences we’ve ever had. The property fell far short of expectations, and the lack of support left us with no choice but to cut our stay short, departing early at 13:30.
To make matters worse, one of the rooms had a persistent leak with a horrible damp smell, forcing us to place towels and bin bags in an attempt to manage it. This was particularly unpleasant as we were travelling with a toddler, making an already stressful situation even more frustrating.
The bathrooms were another letdown—one was uncomfortably hot, while the other was freezing cold. Basic amenities were lacking, with only one mirror in the entire caravan, which made daily routines needlessly difficult.
Additionally, we were unable to purchase WiFi from Parkdean as the caravan had no facility to connect to the site’s network—something we hadn’t anticipated and which added to the inconvenience.
Given the price paid, we expected a far better standard of accommodation. Unfortunately, our two-day stay was thoroughly disappointing, and we cannot recommend this caravan in good faith. We will be sharing our feedback on all relevant platforms including booking.com & trip advisor to ensure future guests are aware of these issues.
