The host Shibu was super friendly and helpful, for the price the quality of the room is really good too, the none AC option was fine for me with a big fan above the bed. Would 100% come back, room was clean and a good size and the host couldn’t have been any more helpful.

Friendly and accomodating owner by the name of Shibu. I kept extending because I felt so comfortable and it was great value for money. Large, clean room, kitchen and a shared living room space, both inside and outside. Quiet location yet within 15-20 minutes pleasant walk from the Touristic areas. Lots of local eateries nearby. Make for a great long term 'work from home' stay.
Garden area could do with brightening up and a tidy up (but I am being picky!)

It was a comfortable room with a functional bathroom. The host is very very helpful, he helped me a lot with everything; food, tuk tuk, taxi, etc.
I highly recommend this place if you are an authentic traveler.
