We all loved the property as soon as we arrived. It was well-equipped with useful facilities, including a shoe cabinet with slippers, a washing machine, an iron and a balcony. Each room had a comfortable double bed, making it a pleasant stay for the four of us.
Although the property was surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was not particularly close to the train stations. The nearest was the Sennichimae Line, which was still about a 12-minute walk, making it a little inconvenient when travelling with large suitcases at checkout.

One of my best stays here in Japan. The unit was huge and could host 8 persons. There were only four of us, and we each had a double bed for ourselves. Kitchen available for cooking (gas stove, microwave oven, fridge). The host was really friendly and was able to help us solve problems quickly (we requested for some larger plates and bowls, and they promptly provide them to us the next day).
Location wise, it's 10 minutes to Namba station, 5 minutes to Kuromon market. Multiple train/MRT stations around the area. Extremely convenient if you don't mind a little bit of walk.
If they could provide some cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, pepper and salt, that would be great. I would suggest a few more clothes hangar and clothes drying rods.
These are just minor issues.

So much room and space for our family of 4.
The beds and pillows were quite firm which i didnt mind but the kids were a bit uncomfortable.

Having 3 bedrooms gave a space for our bags to be open. The big table and the 2 toilets.
There were no staff around at all even though the place was open on the first floor.
The checkin procedure had to be done on arrival to include a picture with the hostel. This was very stressful when you have more than 2 people.
It was dirty and messy in all the public areas. Cleaning things were left lying around for our whole stay.
There were no tea, coffee supplies provided. There were no hot drink cups or tea towels in the kitchen.
The noise outside with people in nearby bars singing and shouting until very late.
