Top Lage und Aussicht. Marina, Metro und viele gute Restaurants in Fussnähe.
Küchen-und Badeinrichtungen sind nur eingeschränkt nutzbar (Backofen kann nur mit Pröbeln gestartet werden, Wasserhahn klemmt, kein Abwasch-und Trockentuch, Lavaboablauf lässt sich nicht schliessen/öffnen, WC-Spülung klemmt die Betätigung und stellt zeitweise nicht ab, Badrollo kann nicht geschlossen werden). Der Tresor war verschlossen, haben die Security bestellt zum öffnen, kam niemand.
