Excellent hotel.
Clean.

As a uk visitor i was looking for specfic things im the bedroom and bathroom and these were met.
Staff were excellent from bookong, checking in through to making my sure my stay was ok.
Would recommend this venue.

The Grand Peace House 3 is an excellent hotel in a convenient and quiet location in the F7 area. Great for getting around Islamabad.
It has a modern look in the two rooms i booked. Comfortable sleep. Clean and functional shower room with modern UK standard toilet/wash basin/shower.
The rooms have a small sitting area with a sofa and sofa chair with an lcd tv and a fridge. A great addition to make your stay better.
A garden area and a balcony allows you to relax outside of the room.
Breakfast is provided on demand and there was an option for both traditional desi (pakistani) breakfast with paratha, omellete, channay and tea... or a more english style breakfast with fried eggs and toast.
Finally the staff were very helpful on site and the bookings manager Abdullah kept in contact before and during the stay via whatsapp to make sure everything was sorted out.
Definitely recommend this place.
The venue is new to the Grand Peace House locations so it doesnt have lots of seating or tables for larger groups or multiple rooms to sit down together in the garden or for breakfast. The staff tell me this is on the list for future improvement.
