Go in summer ! Stay away in winter.

Nice, clean with a big yard. We could have the Christmas outside with friends as was warmer than inside.

The property is not ready for winter. The house does not have heating in the rooms and in the first night the temperature inside was 13 degrees. The electricity capacity did not allow us to add any electric heaters. The hot water had issues and we had 2 days without. The washing machine broke as well so we could not wash our clothes or towels during 2 weeks stay. The smog coming from refinery was quite strong during eve.
