The location was ideal.
The price, especially the additonal £40 verifiaction fee for Pass the Keys, which was NOT mentioned anywhere in the ad for the accommodation or the price. That was a shock and pretty annoying given how much the room already cost.
The fridge was smelly and damaged and the room smelled of damp when I first entered.

location was perfect for the beach town etc
i was very happy with the room clean got everything u need only let down was the bed n bedding , it needs a new mattress , pillows as they were flat as pancakes and a new quilt and quilt cover set , the duvet didnt fit the cover it was a kingsize and duvet is a double the mattress topper is stained with sweat needs replacing apart from that very happy !

Family living above with children running about untill gone 11pm at night. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The entrance to the room was disgusting.
