Localização muito boa ao lado do metro e funicular, fácil acesso a tudo, mercado enfrente e bairro lindo! Quarto bonito e confortável.
Ar condicionado nao funcionava, com barulho a noite toda, acordamos com ele desligado e sem energia no predio no dia de ir embora, o elevador estava parado devido falta de energia e ninguém nos avisou e muito menos tinha nenhum funcionário para ajudar com as malas para descer as escadas.
Alias nunca vimos nenhum funcionário durante hospedagem. Achei que faltou um pouco mais de atenção.
