New house. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Nicely decorated and furnished. Off road parking and smart TV.
Great location for touring the Newcastle area and westwards along Hadrian's Wall.
Basic manuals are needed for the appliances. We could not get the electric hob to work properly. Not sure whether it was broken or we simply could not work out how to use it. ( in fairness we did not contact Host & Stay about this, but decided to eat out instead). Egg cups needed. Also, as older people, we would have benefitted from a non-slip mat to go in the shower base.
