Es un lugar precioso, la atención de Hamid es fantástica, así como la de Mouloud, hacen sentir que uno está en casa… la comida es riquísima y los espacios son bellos. Una felicitación a todo el equipo de tan maravilloso Riad; sin duda volvería alojarme en este lugar.

Si buscas un alojamiento fuera del bullicio de la Medina, el Riad O’Zeen es la mejor opción, si mánager Boulou y su coordinador Hadi son muy serviciales y profesionales, el Riad está muy limpio y el personal es encantador, muy recomendable.
Si pondría un pero, sería que está a 20 minutos andando del centro neurálgico de Marrakech.

Breakfast was ok but would have been nice to have had an option. Same every day wasn’t great, but was pleasant enough. No offers of top ups of drinks though. We were quite disappointed. The rooms were clean but small.
We got off to a bad start with no one to collect us at airport. I didn’t have my WiFi on and that was apparently the problem, but when my daughter tried calling them, there was no reply. Had to arrange other transport into centre and then the host, Hamid, was very cross with us! He calmed down but the damage was done I’m afraid. Also, the rhiad is a long walk into the centre and it’s a very manic walk with all the motorcycles which are there. On reflection, we’d either stay right in the centre or out of the medina. We stayed for four nights and weren’t offered clean towels or bedding. Wasn’t a huge problem, but dry towels would have been nice. There was no door on the en-suite, just a net curtain - worth knowing before you go!
After the initial bad start, Hamid was helpful with us.
