The apartment is bright and spacious (75m2 with ceilings of around 4.50 metres and large windows). All the furnishings and fittings are new. The bed was particularly comfortable! The apartment is located in a lovely part of Brussels, with lots of nice shops and good restaurants very nearby. The public transport connections (three tram lines and several buses) are also good. Note that the usual direct 81 tram connection to Gare du Midi will not run again until the end of 2026.
The 81 tram runs right outside the apartment. The noise could be a problem for some visitors.

Le manque d’équipement dans la cuisine (tasse à café, couteau à pain, etc) et le fait qu’il n’y est pas de pastilles lave vaisselle dès lors qu’il y a un lave vaisselle

appartamento in ottima posizione e accogliente
non ho critiche, solo un consiglio: fare un check di manutenzione periodico perchè le luci accanto al letto non funzionavano, c'era una lampada da terra rotta in salone e mancavano le cialde del caffè.

Easy check-in, spacious, and good location
Very strong smoke smell when we checked in. We had to keep the windows open for two days just to reduce it. Sleeping was also difficult on some days due to the noise from outside. Also, no new toiletries were provided, the soap bar was already used, and there was no washer or dishwasher soap or even garbage bags.
