The location was great! Close to the beaches and approx 10 min walk to old town and away from the hustle and bustle, always nice to have a quiet space to come back to. Only approx 5 euro to old town so not hefty. The facilities are new and clean which adds to the experience, also great to have a pool on days that you just want to relax. The DJ on Monday and Thursdays in the late afternoon also added a great atmosphere. The pool area at times in the afternoon requires more staff and also more umbrellas. Service levels by staff were different depending on who served you - a special mention to Filipo in the pool area, there were days that the area was understaffed and Filipo was absolutely incredible in providing great service under pressure and with a smile. Dinissi and Filipe at the reception were absolutely fantastic, Dinissi provided restaurant recommendations which were great and Filipe was extremely helpful in calling a few restaurants to make the booking on our behalf, he went over and beyond with a smile and positive attitude. 1, breakfast was good, many options. 2. I would appreciate sparkling water, also nutela (as only their chocolate). 3. in the outside space there were no umbrellas to protect from the sun.
