This rooftop terrace and overall accommodation was great! It is modern, well equipped with a washing machine, pots, pans, coffee machine and more, and it had truly the best view I’ve seen so far on an accommodation in Athens.
Sitting in the middle of Strefi Hill and Lycabettus Hill, facing Lycabettus, it has a great position offering multiple options for walks/hikes to see panoramic views of the city, and offers an amazing view of the neighborhood surrounding Lycabettus Hill and the hill itself. If you look closely you’ll even see the people making the hike all day long (respect for doing it in the middle of the day during full summer heat!).
The historical city center is only a 30 minute walk away, and there are plenty of great and versatile food options nearby.
The AC works perfectly, and the owner shares a full set of clear instructions on how to use the appliances, turn on the boiler and everything else.
Overall an amazing stay, I’m already missing the view!

The view really is amazing, looking right up at Lycabettus Hill, and the outdoor space is large and open. The apartment itself is well equipped, even with laundry detergent and soap/shampoo. Fortunately air conditioning also worked well in the August heat. Host was good with communication and check-in/check-out were very easy.
The balcony looked like it hadn't been cleaned and there was a broken chair, but nothing that diminished the quality of our stay too much.

Vue incroyable, emplacement parfait dans un quartier vivant et militant, échanges très agréables avec Giorgis - que nous aurions aimé croiser
Je suis passée par booking pour ne pas passer pas airbnb et contourner les boites à clés un peu déshumanisées ; nous aurions donc vraiment aimé croiser Giorgis et parler un peu du quartier et de la ville, mais les relations par messages étaient très chaleureuses tout de même !

Un séjour parfait dans cet appartement très bien nommé ! Tout est impeccablement propre et fonctionnel, avec absolument tout le nécessaire à disposition pour un séjour confortable. La vue sur le Mont Lycabette est tout simplement à couper le souffle, que ce soit au lever du soleil ou en soirée.
Mention spéciale à Georges, qui a été très réactif et clair dans ses explications concernant le fonctionnement de l'appartement. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli.
Une adresse à retenir sans hésiter pour un séjour à Athènes !
