Very clean and spacious. Well appointed and tastefully decorated. Modern Mediterranean furniture. All bedrooms had ensuites. The house is actually massive and could very comfortably accommodate 10 people. It felt gigantic for the 3 of us. Great location for day trips to the Loire Valley castles. We drove, but the house is literally one block away from the train station. Close to downtown and excellent restaurants and shopping. Free parking.
A couple of minor inconveniences: we had to take our garbage and recycling to a central station 200 meters away. Bed linens were not included and we were charged separately (which was appropriately pre-advised). Air conditioning available only on the 2nd floor bedrooms. Fortunately it was not too hot during the time we stayed at the house, so it did not make a difference.

Het huis was heel ruim,heel schoon en lag op loopafstand van het centrum/winkels/restaurants. De concierge was zeer behulpzaam,gastvrij en goed bereikbaar

Le logement est juste parfait,magnifique,spacieux pour 13 personnes . L’emplacement est super bien placé !!

Maison neuve très agréable, spacieuse, lumineuse, très bien située à proximité de la gare et à 1km du centre ville de Tours, où chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain!
Cuisine très bien équipée, parking pour 2-3 voitures max; très bonne literie!
La location du linge, assez onéreuse, avec nécessité de faire les lits à l’arrivée sauf si on prend l’option.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait personne à l’arrivée pour nous accueillir :-)
